Limitless Employment Foundation is on a mission to break down barriers and provide pathways to employment for disabled individuals within the sports sector. We focus on creating inclusive opportunities in coaching, athlete development and sports-related roles, with an emphasis on empowering people with disabilities to reach their full potential.

Our Impact

Limitless Employment Foundation has already helped hundreds of individuals achieve their dreams and find meaningful work in the sports industry. We are especially proud of our work with professional Para athletes, supporting individuals to represent their country and compete at the highest level.

Our commitment to inclusivity extends to the fact that we employ over 50 England Para Footballers who represent the England Blind, Cerebral Palsy, Deaf, and Powerchair Football teams. These athletes are not only inspiring in their roles on the field but also serve as powerful role models for others striving to build a career in sports.

Success Stories

Owen, a Blind International Footballer for England, is currently undertaking a Limitless Apprenticeship in Coaching to support his transition from world leading Para footballer to elite coach.

Owen says “The mentoring support that I receive from Limitless is outstanding. It has helped me to improve my coaching knowledge whilst working my way through the syllabus”.

From Aspiring Player to Coach

Harry, who represents the England Deaf Men’s Football Team, joined Limitless Employment’s training programme and applies the new knowledge and skills he learns through the programme to improve upon his performance as a player.

Harry says “I am thoroughly enjoying the education side of the apprenticeship. Learning a range of performance support disciplines will really help in my journey as an elite Para footballer”.
